@f7 the statistics say otherwise h1bs and h4eads are still coming in. But soon people will realize that outsourcing was a bad idea .

@f7 Yep...Outsourced. I heard this week that a process in my group may go back to India. It is interesting as the same process was in India but there were issues and had to be returned back for U.S. employees to handle.

@f0 across Corporate America, new H1B hiring is almost gone.

For existing H1B resources, there are a lot of moving parts to the point that employers will eventually realize it is a headache to keep them on the books.

Doesn’t mean the job market will improve for the rest of us. Jobs will simply be outsourced
