Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

6 Telltale Signs of Bad Leadership

  1. Selfish leadership style
  2. Resistant to change
  3. Incapable of leading themselves
  4. Unable to take criticism
  5. Not acting according to their core values
  6. Cannot inspire growth

Is there one among these points that doesn't describe Fiserv's leadership perfectly? If there is, I can't find it.

Frank has yet to create well enough to justify a 9 digit compensation package.

Today's results are evidence of Frank's amazing leadership! There are people on here who only want to denigrate our leadership but its becoming more difficult every quarter when they deliver results. Shareholders are taking notice and Frank is earning his $.

Wouldn’t the company compensate shareholders better if they paid Frank 1/4 of his 102 million?
And laid off his overpriced minions?
And perhaps asked Frank to start creating value?

@fde+1hTWuMys Spot on and well said. I think many people have forgotten that public company's are run for the benefit of shareholders and not employees. Employees are compensated in various ways (pay, healthcare, 401K etc) but the company exists solely to benefit the shareholders.

How about performance and results. Your note is full of buzzwords. Companies are for profit with an objective of creating returns for their shareholders not snowflake palaces where people come and go as they please and play video games from their couch.
