A.I. will be replacing those jobs that were cut

A.I. will be replacing most jobs that companies are starting to cut. If you think you were so talented, then give yourself a pat in the back. Just remember, A.I. is 100x times talented then you are.

Without a massive amount of data to train on and exceptionally detailed rules to follow, AI is absolute garbage in many situations.

That said, it would be simpler to replace most management's jobs with AI rather than people that actually do work; most of the time management just creates bigger messes and more problems for organizations. The myth of management equating to "leadership" needs to stop.

This is the most comical post I have read so far considering the systems we are currently using barely function 😆

@OP+1m538nbK is clearly an id--t. Give yourself a pat on the back, AI is clearly smarter than you. But not everyone.

Adapting to AI Transformation.

As an AI language model, I don't have the capability to feel emotions or pat myself on the back, but I'm here to help provide information and insights on the topic.

You are correct that artificial intelligence (AI) and automation technologies are transforming the job market and some jobs may be replaced by AI in the future. However, it's important to note that AI also has the potential to create new job opportunities and change the nature of work.

Here are some things that people can do in the face of increasing AI and automation:

Upskill and reskill: As technology evolves, it's important for individuals to continuously upgrade their skills to remain relevant in the job market. This could mean gaining expertise in fields that require human-specific skills such as creativity, critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving, which are less likely to be easily replicated by AI.

Embrace lifelong learning: Keeping oneself updated with the latest developments in technology and industry trends through continuous learning can help individuals stay ahead in the job market. This could involve taking online courses, attending workshops, participating in training programs, or pursuing higher education to acquire new knowledge and skills.

Focus on human-centric roles: As AI and automation take over repetitive and mundane tasks, there will likely be an increased demand for roles that require human touch and empathy. Jobs that involve complex decision-making, customer service, caregiving, and creative work are some examples of roles that may still require human expertise.

Adapt to change: The job market is dynamic, and being adaptable to change is crucial. Embracing flexibility, being open to new opportunities, and exploring different career paths can help individuals navigate the evolving landscape of work.

Foster entrepreneurship: AI and automation also offer opportunities for individuals to create their own businesses and entrepreneurial ventures. Identifying gaps in the market, leveraging AI for innovation, and building new solutions can be avenues for creating new jobs and career opportunities.

Collaborate with AI: Instead of fearing AI, individuals can learn to collaborate with AI technologies to enhance their productivity and efficiency. AI can be used as a tool to augment human capabilities, and individuals can learn how to effectively work alongside AI to achieve better results.

It's important to remember that while AI and automation may impact the job market, they also have the potential to bring about positive changes and create new opportunities. By adapting, upskilling, and leveraging human-specific skills, individuals can stay relevant in the changing world of work.
