When Giving Your All Seems Not Good Enough

Have you ever felt like you'rebeen pushed out of your job but you refused to succumbto the pressure. You knew then you were and is strong. Reminder. You still are and even much stronger now than then.
For those of you who lost your jobs, stay strong. It might be one of the most difficult things you'll grapple with after so many years of dedication. You all are amazing people to stick with one job and gave your all for so many years.
It will get better! Does not feel like it now, but it will.
God speed everyone!

To Post ID: @flk+15JkStN5 DON'T WORRY ABOUT THE LENGTH OF YOUR POST BECAUSE SOMEONE OVER HERE DO RELATE!!! Someone got injured and everything was done for the colleague to quit, but that individual refused even though it was rough. Was eventually pushed out. It's like retiring a horse to the worse possible conditions when they can't make the owner any more money. Trusting others is hard because they have their own backs. They do this to keep their jobs and sell their souls. However, people have more options to stand on than they know.
Are you still employed there?
Keep your head up and don't lose your positive vibe!

I agree with all of this 100%. "Not good enough" is the order of the day. I know we can always do better, but there's no building you up or mentorship. You give your all and you're told of all the ways you should have done better (even based on things you could not have prior knowledge of), not that you did a good job and let's help you get to the next level. It makes you second guess everything you do, instead of confident.

And I am in the camp of actual injury from working too hard past my own personal abilities. I'm too afraid to say I'm in pain and can't do it. They get so angry when you say you're sorry but you can't. The only response is that this is your job, this is what we need you to do, and you have no accommodation on file so there's no reason why you can't. (And I have a desk job and have to do heavy work on the sales floor!) I am a team player, care about morale, and will do whatever's needed. But my back is at the point where I can't sit up in bed and have to slide to the floor in the morning, and I can't stand for a long time. And they just get angry. (And on top of it all, I can't finish my own work.)

I am so sorry about the length of this but I have no one to tell at work. I am the only AST now so there is no one else in my job category and I have no one I can confide in there because of the nature of my job. I hope someone can relate.

I gave blood sweat and injuries and they kept a runner in shoes who doesn’t run at all. Talks about his bbq grill all day likes it’s his gf. Gossip, takes breaks every hour. , takes extended lunches , then they laid off another coworker who works well but couldn’t come back first time round ,
