Does anyone have any indication of when CSBB wave 4 will get their notice?

Location Strategy = the location of your job will be moved to India or Phillipines.

After remotes and non-hub employees are gone, "efficiency" and "oh darn, we sold the building" will be used to eliminate hubs one at a time until they are all gone.

my understanding of current plans is the wave 4 notifications would happen in time for last month worked to be november. so if you back that up the cycle starts about 3-4 months earlier - offered choice, given a certain amount of time to respond, then for those not taking relo the formal notice, then working period... all told about 3-4 months. So notifcations would happen in the july - august timeframe.

Nothing is for certain though until it actually happens, and dates for the prior waves have shifted before...

“ Location strategy is being abandoned; new strategy will be unveiled in the summer. This is partially correct. What’s being discussed will surprise most. “

Please explain for those of us not in know.

If you're impacted by location strategy, check your information in Workday. Updates have been made in your personal information.

Second half of year per Saul. When asked late last year at an ama or town hall he said two in 2025 and likely one first half of year and one second half. First one hit already in early Feb so that leaves second one

So if some say location strategy is no longer a concern, what's next? Hours in the office? Keystrokes monitoring? Video footage? This place is a mess. 🤦‍♀️🚩

A high up HR person was asked this on a team call and they said it would be at the end of the year. No clue what that means….August, October, December….the waiting to hear anything definitive is brutal.

What's being discussed will surprise most. No, thats not a surprise, its just massive layoffs and misery coupled with exploitation that gets the blame while the C-suite try to set themselves up as modern aristocracy. No surprises, just certainty it. Will. Get. Worse.

In a sense you are correct. LS isn't a strategy at all, it's just the excuse sometimes used when downsizing people, which is the actual strategy.

There is no such thing as location strategy, just made up by paranoid employees.

It’s a layoff board though.

Sick and tired of these "location strategy" posts. I don't want to see it and I don't want to hear it. I am giving you thumbs down
