Same problems, no fixes

Training’s bad, the tools barely work, and the info we’re given is often wrong or outdated. Nobody listens when you suggest fixes. Feels like they don’t care about us or the company itself. And somehow, the folks at the top never get blamed for anything.

Elliot management is not in the business of running companies. They buy stake so they have influence.. not too much .. a few percent is enough. Then they meddle by hyping some scenario and watch their stake go up as everyone buys into the BS. Meanwhile they sell tons of disguised long term puts at the inflated prices.. usually buried in other financial instruments held by other company names. At some point they trigger the crash and turn that 5billion into 50billion george soros style.

Make no mistake Elliot only cares about the price during the hype phase.. then they want a nice crash.

There's no enforcement on work policies. They hire their friends. They always tell us we're a family-run based company.

Because everybody knows everybody, and they hire their friends. They're giving him jobs they don't deserve. No qualifications needed and giving him high paying jobs with no qualifications.

Elliot Management's going to get his team in here. He'll fix this place up. He will put qualified people in place.
You won't just get a job because you know somebody or it's your friend or relative. They won't just pay anything you want. You wait until the reorganization begins. The old Honeywell system is going to be replaced. A lot of you guys ain't going to like what's coming.

Instead of giving them money and dr-gs every month, provide them training and a job to allow them to care for themselves. The grift will never end if you do not make them take responsibility for their own well being.

@fq 100% spot on! The amount of grifting is disgusting. Over 2 million veterans applied for disability in 2024. Did I miss a full scale war? Is the military run that badly that everyone gets hurts so badly they need life long payments? To think people in non-combat roles are asking for permanent disability and getting it tells you how poorly the government is run.

enlisted veterans are losers who couldnt make it in college and needed a drill seargent to be their parent while they finally grew up. they never moved out and keep su-king on the government welfare te-t with ridiculous pensions, free medical, fake disability, priority this and priority that all for 20 years of paid housing, paid gym, and lots of bowling. meanwhile the tiny tiny minority of warriors who actually deserve that disability wait in line behind lawyers saying their client has ringing ears after 20 years working in logistics.

@b3 there isnt hatred to veterans. This is one individual that keeps posting about veterans on every single post even though its about something not related at all. I suspect they got fired and a veteran took their place and they are deflecting their own failures on that.

We are in a new fresh financial quarter. Everything you just id does not matter. What have you done for Q3? This will be the most important quarter in Honeywell history. And yes, Veterans must contribute as well.
