Since I see this question asked often. I know a lot of people might think this is for snowflakes or weaklings or whatever, but taking care of your mental health is absolutely invaluable. I know several folks who decided to leave Intel when they figured out it was getting to a point that stress was affecting their mental health and it's obvious how much their confidence and overall happiness have improved since then. My point is, if you find yourself disliking the person you're becoming because of the effect Intel has on you, don't hesitate to make a change. Your well-being should always be a priority!

You leave when there's a better offer. I moved to Google when a 300k TC bump was on the table
Simply only 2 options
- leave when you’re ready
- leave when you’re told
The indoctrination was thick at Intel. I know many people who left Intel and are still going to therapy because of "Intel Culture" and "Intel Values." Narcissists thrive in such an environment, and everyone else suffers.

Dang for some joking Intel might be the right decision.
Their could be a reason even for people to join the Titanic
Depends on where you are in your career, but it all comes down to you leaving because your immediate boss not helping you meet your goals and that could include professional or health or both.
You leave when indians take over the org
The answer is the same as at any other company: You leave when you are dissatisfied with the pay, the stress levels, the boss(es), your career prospects, or any combination thereof.
