Any real info on the new part time positions??? Worth it not worth it!!

I went part time back in Feb before the Pandemic due to family reasons. Honestly, I have really enjoyed the work/life balance. Quota was super easy to exceed only working 3 days/week. The only downside is my insurance went up quite a bit.
We need some good info where is the internal folks what should we do. We all know the house never loses in the end what y’all think
@fxd+15j8NwN2 If that is the “new trick” remember it will impact benefits and vacation. Also as things change in the future you may never be able to go back to 40 hours. Also they don’t have to offer extra hours forever.
Previously p/t reps who went over hours got bumped into f/t quota and losing hundreds.. now they’re saying p/t who go over hours don’t change commission only get paid o/t if i heard correct? It seems like sacrificing a couple hours to potentially make a ton more on this “new” commission and not get penalized for going over hours is the new trick... correct me if I heard wrong
