@yzn+17hLUq6l Genuinely curious, what are examples of some of these roles that “yes men” get that make them desirable outside the company? You made sort of a blanket statement, so I’m curious if it applies to all organizations or the one you are part of. I’ve been reading this page for months and it seems like the people most upset with the culture are the engineers. I might start another thread specifically asking this question because a lot of the negative traits I have seen people describe their management having I haven’t experienced. I wonder if it’s more prevalent in certain organizations or job functions.
