No one joined this company merely for a paycheck.
Them joined to be hooked to the hip with the biggest and baddest company that ever existed on the planet. No denying, it feels good to be a part of that.

The same way this company has evolved, through many trials over 150 years or so, is the same way you have chosen to evolve. Incrementally, with both positive and negative feedback processes over time. How long does it seem?

The only question you should have during your next round of Feedback is this:
Would I rather be Misinformed, Disinformed or Uninformed?

Just to be consistent with my career here, I'll go with Disinformed.

I work for a paycheck not for any other reason. Id--t.

@gjc+1hEhz8i3 Some people wanted to do work they enjoyed on very cool megaprojects all around the world. Long-term job stability was a very good benefit. The pay was nice but not everything.

Unfortunately now neither the stability nor the opportunities are there.
