Is AJ an engineer, no.
But I’ve worked with him on and off the last couple of years. The guy actually cares about Nike and more than that he went A LOT of sh** after whistle blowing on RL doing insider trading while most in GT said nothing.

@f5 whatever you mentioned can still be vibe coded by AJ.
@f3 There is nothing wrong with using it to show prototypes of what things would look like, but the problem is there is no production readiness, scalability, maintainability, or "enterprise" features that are critical for the scale, especially for something like .com. It looks cool, sparks ideas, but would take that GT team to actually make it reality.
1 man with AI can do the job of an entire team in GT. We need more AJs in this company
