Bonus' are a luxury in ALL businesses! Consider yourself fortunate if you get any dollar! That is 100% more than 99.99% more than any American worker.
@gqm+1qCnCkgH It looks like you may actually owe the company money to pay for Model e's failures. Divide $4 Billion by number of Model e employees, that number will be deducted from your paycheck. Don't plan any vacations or frivolous purchases for the next 80 years. The company will provide the color-appropriate Kool-Aid to ease your pain.
Given the UAW got a signing bonus and will get profit sharing, we have to get something or there will be anarchy. Merits are a different story. In the 2008 era, we didn't get merits or 401k match, so there is precedent there.

So I can't speak to FordPro, as they're on a different bonus program. In ET, rumor has the corporate bonus factor percentage in the mid 80's. Coupled with ET forcing a 10/75/15 distribution at the LL3 leader org level of under/at/exceeds target. Last year we had a 'no 100%' directive from Amend, so those below were at 95% at most, and those above at 105%. I've got friends in MS&S, and they're getting similar direction, but haven't heard if there's going to be a required distribution. HR has been hammering the people leaders pretty hard that '80% bonus is the new 100'. I guess we'll see how many stick around post 3/15
