Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

The good days (ITI)

Anyone remember the good days at pre-Fiserv ITI in Lincoln? They used to pull you aside and give you a raise or bonus on the spot for putting in extra work over a weekend. They had their own private jet and pilots. Leadership cared about their people. The 401K match was above and beyond.

Now, the 401K has dwindled significantly and Frank keeps messing with it in every way he can to shave off a buck or two so that he can maximize the density of his pockets. The remaining dollars are being poured into Clover advertising and paid-for awards. Now we're lucky to even get the annual 2% raise. Sad times.

To 43999 employee post. $1 million dollar bonus. That is only 43,999,000,000 which is an impressive distribution. Many Fiserv emps would stay at that rate. I would have. But FB would never allow that number of course.

I’ve gotten a raise and several very nice bonuses this year. I believe this depends on what segment you’re in and how much of your job contributes to directly earning revenue for Fiserv. Everyone on my team is also getting paid really well.

43,999 associates got million dollar bonuses every month since the start of Covid. If you didn't get one, then you must be the one person who didn't get a bonus. Better luck next pandemic.

Don't forget that FB decided that his current office wasn't good enough so he is spending over $100 million to lease and renovate a new office space for himself and his croonies. I'm sure that is where a sizeable chunk of your 401K match, bonus and merit increase are being spent.

@gqp+1bp1CRbN Reduced to making things up. Pretty sure that would be called deceptive advertising on any other board.

What about the 7,000 who were paid 25% more, and the 10% permanent raise, when most companies were furloughing and laying off!!!

@ylm+1bp1CRbN you honestly believe that more than 1/3 of the company got an average of nearly $18000?!?

Frank said he would address remaining 1% by end of year, having already given back 2%. Also ‘he ‘pulled aside’ 16,000 associates in January and gave them $300 MILLION IN BONUSES. Why is this ignored in your post. We are one of only a very few to do so. Be fair and balanced you will have more credibility when you cry wolf!
