This is a question to be asked to few who are still blinded by ExxonMobil fake money and power employees and managers:
Why is EM standing out like a sore thumb with recent quarter losses, a decade of extremely poor stock performance, and holding inefficient assets (XTO, Kearl, harsh environment deepwater fields)?
Is it directly correlated with extreme much overhead and over the top salaries for unproductive work?
Is EM standing out because of it's tens of thousands of employees doing wasteful and burdening activities. Few clear examples are redundant planners, safety champions, low level supervisors, managers, EMIT, HR, Research Companies etc.?
