Proof of vaccine or submit to mandatory weekly testing email is going out today. Must have Vax card scanned in by Dec 4. Waiting on the details. Going to be interesting.

Thank God lol I'm glad
It's on Teamworks.
6th Court injunction only pertains to osha enforcement. private companies can do what they want and those mandates have held up in court. as for when the wider email will go out, the manager email this morning just indicated later today but the info is already out on teams works under our workplace
where is the email? I did not get it. Also didn't you guys listen to COO's townhall???? He literally told us about the vaccination requirement.
@ten+1dXOwyiC
Doesn't mean that companies still couldn't require it as a work condition.
6th Circuit Court of Appeals temporary injunction still stands. Looks like they are leaning towards striking down the entire mandate as unconstitutional.
@hiv+1dXOwyiC
bye
If you're already vaccinated might as well disclose so you aren't constantly harassed to test.
I bet you with the way things work here, even those with WFH accommodation would be asked to test weekly.
Long story short - There's no benefit to holding out on your status any longer. They're moving forward with RTO regardless.
@eyb+1dXOwyiC
What does this even mean?
Fu-k every one of them that made this decision that is grossly overreaching according to our courts.
They will need to fire me first or provide free testing. I will not nor never comply.
Na......troll post. I am in the position to know. It's not accurate.
@rsm+1dXOwyiC
You can still get COVID, but at a much lower rate than unvaxxed people.
Your risk of hospitalization is much lower if vaccinated vs unvaxxed people.
Your risk of spreading COVID - if you get it - is lower if you are vaccinated.
Deaths from COVID in vaccinated people is much lower than unvaccinated people as well.
@rsm+1dXOwyiC, but you're less likely to do any of those things. And less likely to need a ventilator or ICU or hospital bed. Which is really important, seeing as who you're in need of a brain transplant.
@wye+1dXOwyiC, I waffle between believing they may be sincere and believing they're trolling. Some are intellectually weak, and others are absolutely intent on stirring up sh-t.

Problem is they don’t think, they just repeat what talking heads of certain network say to create chaos and actually believe it because they are too lazy to do their own research or use the brains whatever deity they believe in gave them.
LOL, serious reactions. Let's talk about the serious reactions one gets when you get covid. Oh, yea we all forgot, Fauci created the vaccine. I mean come on. Think before you write something. Now, back to layoffs.
I'm triple vaxxed, so watching this with interest. Wondering what the penalty will be for lying. Also wondering what they're gonna require for the still-remote workers.
if you are approved full-time remote this does not apply. if you chose not to be vaccinated you will be subject to weekly testing intiailly supplied by company but that could change in future. so not a mandate perse but have to indicate your status and have to test. failure to follow the rules will subject you to corrective action up to and including termination. also, if you don't comply you will be sent home and forced to use pto. if you have no pto you go unpaid.
There is no “Mandate” as you’re led to believe. The only thing that’s changed from what everyone already knows…post a pic to prove your vax if you attest that you’ve had the shot.
That’s it, that’s all…relax.
this is now the 3rd time I've had to submit my vaccine status.
It’s true…details are on the “Our Workplace” site. Mandatory to report vaccination status in their portal by December 4th. Instead of making us test (I am one who had adverse and potentially autoimmune reaction to first shot) they should allow an antibody test once every few months. Mine are sky high so no way I am getting COVID.
DMI 23% to offshore. Return to office required. Mandatory vaccination or fired. Will make it easier to do the first. The class action will be massive.
Typical panic post here that isn’t fully correct. This is in relationship to RTO…not your job!
In your rush to post something all CNN like you failed to clarify what the full manager email content contained.
