Many are deluded that this is not true and that hard work is still worth it. Still, I think for the good of each of us it is best not to be fooled that this is a company for people looking for long term employment. Sam's just wants new energy so they they use it up and replace with a fresh batch. That's all you need to know about this company. I just don't understand why people who know all this very well still ignore it?

There are plenty of alternate employers who will give you similar compensation, especially in today's labor market. Why not choose one that also treats you with respect and common courtesy while also offering growth potential and, yes, even an opportunity of obtaining meaningful long-term employment?
Don't you deserve at least that much in exchange for your labors and loyalty?
