@hz Couldn't agree more. Dell thinks customers work for them, not the other way around. Customers very much do in many ways.

Customers pay millions of dollars in "shiitware" to basically become beta test sites to test Dell's shiiity software that should have never been released in the first place! Then they are required to spend a major chunk of time each week documenting their findings and joining conference calls to report to Dell everything that's gone wrong.

Dell is literally a complete joke.

We have pushed customers fully online and now want them to have a bi weekly call they dont want to be on.
