So i heard from my uncle that vz is going to give the largest package that they every have given .This package is going to be the big big enhancement one.I myself am really in no position to take any package no matter how big it is but I know alot of guys here just so excited and ready for it .Does anyone know anything more

I am sure your uncle was talking about his package, not a union offer.
The large and medium packages are fine, such as they are. Be careful of the small package however. It is often used as a submission hold. The Swedish Meatball will have no hesitancy about using it on any V team member.

Big package? They offered management the same offer several years ago. Theirs was not bigger. I don't think a package is coming till the end of this year or the end of next year, but if one is offered it's most likely the 2&2, or 3&3.
