The glory days of ExxonMobil are definitely a thing of the past. Time to get off of this sinking ship. Don’t let the pension keep you here. Writing is on the wall that the benefits current retirees enjoy won’t be there when you retire. That is assuming you even make it to that point without being PIPd or laid off. Pay and benefits will continue to be eroded. The party is over my friends.
We’ve learned all right that “care” as a leadership behavior is total BS unless you are caring about the shareholders and executives.
The world seems to have the false belief that you are ignorant yet the US has been the most powerful nation in existence and it did not happen by being told how to think. Wake up or you will I’ll have a very hard road ahead.

Only a matter of time before retiree health care is cut. To be honest I’m surprised it hasn’t been cut already.
