Why doesn't Stankey see value in manufacturing buggywhips? I don't get it, he throws all the companies money away on failed acquisitions, yet fails to see value in buggywhips. Not a lot of upfront investment, I say give it a try, what does T have to lose?

No John, you missed the point, as always. You have driven T into the ditch with your brilliant decision making! Since T is in debt to the tune of $135B, yes, that's $135B with a B, you are going to need an additional revenue source. Hence the buggywhip recommendation. It's obvious your decision making leaves a lot to be desired, based on your foolish acquisitions! Looks like you will be managing decline, why not buggywhips!
