RTO and relocation/layoffs

It's official, those not at HUBS will be asked to relocate or be displaced in the next 1-2 years.

What is the source for this. What are you basing your statement that it is now official off of?

Depends on LOB, different sites are growing for different LOB's. Some are stagnant for growth though - at least as far as career goes.

Two years? Dang, that's dragging out the pain. I know the OP is probably full of hot air, but does anyone have legit info on this topic?

On the bright side, if it’s going to be within 1-2 years maybe Charlie will be gone by then and this nonsensical policy will be reconsidered?

I've been telling you this for months. If you are not in a hub, you are at risk. There are only 9. NY, Charlotte, Denver, San Francisco, Chandler/Tempe, St Louis, Minneapolis, Des Moines, and TX - Dallas eventually but I think San Antonio counts until then. I would also say its definitely less than 2 years too.

Fine by me. I'll have 20 years in by then, and I'll get beaucoup severance.
