Has anyone who received their package noticed the list of people with no names, just titles and ages who were let go? It was like 146 pages of employees who were given notices.

why in our severance package we get the list of people with no names, just titles and ages who were selected for termination and the ones "Not" selected for termination.

Probably a lot. But hey, it's be a force 4 good week, so I am expected to do my job, continue to go to huddles and be happy. I was the only one in my unit to be impacted. There are 58 jobs posted countrywide and close to 4000 people are looking. That's encouraging.
Can you do a breakdown of age and years with the company please? Any correlation?

57 years old - 34 years with the Allstate - last 2 PDS - expected 2018, better than expected 2019. Never received an assessment. Received a call and was told my job has been eliminated. The script was read to me - and that was it. I was stunned.
We get emails everyday of promotions to manager in different areas. It disgusting. People are losing their jobs. So insensitive. But not surprised

Right, can't list names and they have to share summary for legal reasons.
I know people who are currently waiting for "assessment results" while my area is announcing new hires out of Allstate India to replace the people waiting. My trust level was extremely low, now it's zero
It was 3800 people. I'm sure they can't legally list names. How many over 50 this time?
