Thread regarding U.S. Bank layoffs

Newest COE training / certification

Did anyone feel concerned about the underlying theme of this years code of ethics training? We’re they really insinuating that we should bring back everyone who was fired for wrongdoing? (This was a scenario that was portrayed in a positive light).

It seemed to be more from an HR / PC perspective than laying out right from wrong? Curious as to others thoughts

I’ll give you one. CEO’s salary was increased 42% ($6.8M over 2022) last year alone. Now look at the overall satisfaction of employee morale alongside the mass lay offs in the last 6 months. More layoffs are coming in Q3.

What are examples of "The kickbacks and unethical behavior here is the worst i have ever seen" or "devoid of any ethics"? Concrete examples, without names or dates of course to protect your anonymity.
