Took the assessment today and I'm even more annoyed!! I'm just so taken back on how a big well known company is handling this lay off! That assessment was a joke, waste of time and a way for you to make ppl think the layoff selection is fair. I don't want to wait 2 months for a 60 day notice, let us know NOW! I wish the media tear Allstate up regarding how the lay off is being handled. Smh

For all the grousing and whining about the assessment, it's going to be an objective and cheap way to separate slow brained people with slow fingers and archaic thinking from the quick and technologically competent. People who are bad at this stuff probably think the Internets softwares is newfangled stuff that should stop changing every few months.
Why hasn’t the media been following the Allstate layoffs? Unless you search for it, it’s not news.
