There are a lot of things wrong with XOM today but I think their lack of respect for employees and the idea they can treat us any way they want without any consequences is by far the worst. Lying, gaslighting, intimidation, bullying, and so much more happen here every single day. And there's exactly nothing we can do about it. That's what gets me the most.

So please explain how has the mgmt. earned respect to be where they are in the company and what have to produced in the "actuality"?

The bullying by Sr Mgmt is off the charts ridiculous! How did EM get so bad so fast.
