Leadership issues!!!

You hardly hear from Charlie and Powell is MIA since the pandemic. I've yet to work for a good manager over there. I have no idea how they pass the interview and selection process. So called leaders are in it for themselves, performance plans are a joke, check the box exercise. Again, no idea how those mo--ns became managers - no skills, no empathy, no planning and some how they end up in leading roles. No wonder the company have issues and can't move on due to "leaders" running the show.

Previous regimes were sc--w ups too, but that doesn't get shart off the hook for his disastrous decisions. He should be shutting down hubs, pushing BYOD, and 100% WFH for the vast majority of employees, stealing all the top talent in the industry along the way and saving on payroll at the same time. Our expense ratio would be the best in banking. Instead, we're doing stupid expensive S for no benefit, morale blows, and no talent wants to come here unless bribed with above market comp. That's not previous CEOs fault, it's 100% on Shart and his failed leadership and vision. But hey, let's just fire everyone and outsource the rest, that's a grand idea. 😐

We wouldn’t have the leaders in the company we have today if Stumpf had of ran a better bank. Consequences hurt and we feel them deep because of a lack of leadership when he was here.

You wouldn't even know Scott P was still employed here. Charlie is a smug elite, and it's incomprehensible that he got an 18% raise. Can someone ask him a real question at the next town hall? There are dozens to choose from.
