He keeps positing philosophical cr-p about managing teams, being a great product leader etc
Rather him actually understand the tech and talk about customers vs BS theories and advice
Embarrassing to be part of Cisco, will leave ASAP

I'd really love that you're right, but honestly, I lost all hope once he got Networking in addition to Security and Collab. Back then I expressed my surprise, because I expected him to be shown the door, but instead he effectively got promoted. For some reason CR is infatuated with this useless poser.
“ Jeetu actually admitted on a fireside chat a few weeks back that his father was a conman.”
Blood will tell. Genes are strong in this one. The Worst Hope.
If you don’t like him that’s fine (I’m not too keen on him myself because of his flashiness), but please none of that Indian caste system Gujarati b.s. don’t bring that caste system discrimination talk here
@1yhv+1uGaXF0l - Jeetu actually admitted on a fireside chat a few weeks back that his father was a conman. Quite interesting. He also kept on using phrases such as "customer obsession" and "working backwards" - as if he had swallowed some textbook written by Jeff Bezos. This guy is a fool.
He's simply incompetent for the job, just like every other EVP before him. JD was lame. Nightingale had uncontrollable tantrums. Goeckler was as useful as a wet paper bag. SVPs are just as bad. It should be no surprise Cisco is free falling.
@jcn I hope you are right but he's earned his millions by now. If only there was a way to get that back that would be really nice
His con show will end soon. Just watch.
He's a conman
"hype" shield - is that even a real thing? but hey someone got promoted to CPO with linkedin and sprinkling AI buzz words and calling out successful companies, which he has no hand in - Apple, Microsoft, etc and now NVIDIA - rofl!
and the minions he surrounds himself with who have no spine
He is a legend in his own mind...Wait and watch how he sc--w up the traditional networking revenue....at GSX he pulled up an STP cable with RJ45 jack to show us that he knows networking. What a Joke......imagine a doctor pulling out a human bone from pocket to prove his trust worthiness. ...Su-ks Robbines may buy it..but most of my peers, customers and friends who are in same Industry are laughing ...We saw what 10X he did with Webex....terrible.
that's his DNA - Jeetu is nothing but a glorified conman and a narcissist to the core. If you folks haven't realized it as yet - then good luck. He made his career in Cisco by BS'ing and then amplifying products that never made it - SSE, XDR, the acquisitions in collaboration and more recently hypershield - they claim SSE had $100M in 3 quarters - has someone dug into how - it's just license enablement. Ask around to see how many folks have really activated or enabled you will get the answer. XDR great traction but how many paying customers vs trials/poc..and hypershield so much hype around but what has been the adoption anybody asking? All the acquisitions in collaboration - look at the results. Security is going through the same playbook - sh---y acquisition, that has not and will not move the needle an inch.
What a freaking sh-tshow. 3 weeks in the role he claims that he knows much more about networking than folks that have spent a lifetime in that industry. How is that even possible?
but net net you will continue to be led by a malignant narcissist who on the outside will vow you with buzzwords and great linkedin posts which will have a million likes - but dig a bit deeper people. You are led by a conman! A brilliant one at that - a great marketer. sorry i like to stay at Cisco - BUT..
'JD's old org have been running around like mad things trying to collect info to educate G2 with "what is a network?'

horrible leadership, Cisco needs new leaders top down, such a d-mb board
