BTW - The freestate that I live in allows unemployment for rejection of of Title VII exemptions. When I file a discrimination complaint with my state EEOC, it is automatically joined with the federal EEOC as well. From there, I can join a pro-bono class action lawsuit at the state and federal levels.

HON is notorious for settling discrimination lawsuits out of court to avoid the legal costs and negative publicity. That will include legal fees, back pay, and damages. I would actually prefer than HON reject my exemption and terminate me. Bring it!!

All of these companies (esp Honeywell) think they can just ramp up hiring. Somehow thinking there will be this endless pool of vaccinated talent to hire from. That is unless their plan is to hire them all offshore where possible.
