Thread regarding Nike Inc. layoffs

19th century quote

“In America what we built, we bank on effort, not privilege; that’s how we built this country.”

Still “white “ privilege. But worse at Nike. White boy privilege at the top. Ignoring and disregarding Phil’s vision. Hard work and effort should be rewarded.

Not under AC. Because he has always been safe, white and wealthy. I wish him homelessness for three months on the street.

@3vee, you know the rules, no names. But seriously? Who is #2 now at Nike?

@jew, which feels wrong in its self. Oh really? I'm assuming you're one of ACs b*tche, trying to protect his image of which there isn't one. I've heard about how much he loves the ss kissers and it's all about him no matter what for years, even when he was the CFO. People dreaded his meetings because of his "all hail the king" behavior. AC is and has been known for his egotistical/narcissist kingdom. This is nothing new. We're just finally tired of it and he's fcking up this company.

By the way, facts? LMAO! Some of the worst narcissists come from bad backgrounds. Duh! Compassion, empathy and true care for others doesn't define someone's emotional growth even if they had a hard life. Grow up and stop being an a** kisser! Do you think Al Capone had a good childhood? Hmm... your logic is stupid.

AC knows struggles? Define that for me. I want to know exactly what his struggles were and how he overcame them. How old was he? I too have had massive struggles to overcome and I still care about every human being I interact with. I am no better than anyone else.

Compassion, empathy, care and all the words, most of us were born with; it's a part of our soul.

And tell me again, from a "white" perspective his struggles are again?

@ndg+1avkDYan Check your facts. I'm not defending AC, but he did not grow up wealthy. There was a time when he and his mother were homeless and lived in a car. He knows struggles. Just say'n check your facts.

You will never fill the shoes of Sprunk. He treated everyone as an equal. No one was beneath him. He didn’t come up wealthy; he earned it. You? Highly not. We all want you to go away. You’re privileged and have no idea what it’s like to live paycheck by paycheck. I wish this on you and every executive.!!
