Healthcare coverage. That's it. That's the single reason why I'm still at Nike. It's not even the best coverage there is but it's good enough that I can't risk losing it right now due to some health issues. I feel like a hostage sometimes – forced to take all the cr–p that's been going on here and all the abuse just to keep that one things. How fu–––d up is that?

@jjm, agreed. Take that away and I too would not have a single reason to stay there.
I thought the same thing when I was at Nike. The health coverage may be good, but it is not great since it costs you an arm and a leg. You won’t believe this but OHP is on par or even better in some cases. OHP doesn’t cover vision for adults however, only difference. Isn’t it worth enduring abuse for coverage?
For me it is the bonus and stock options...NOTHING ELSE
Yet another example of how it's insane that we rely on our employers to provide access to healthcare.
With the new administration the free Healthcare should be better Or just as good as Nike, hold in there until that happens
