Can say with some authority that he’s genuinely leaving for family reasons. No push. Strat team is as constrained as everyone else by the 2023 budgeting situation - I’m told they’ve been spending most of their time on M&A behind the scenes.

Has any of the ELT delivered on anything? They've only continued to trim the business. No real focus investment in expanding product lines or exploring new business opportunities. The more things change the more they stay the same.

Just under 2 yrs...that's pretty standard for CSOs there. Scanlon was there the longest at 5 yrs. Same result. That's why they install a revolving door for the CSO office.
