Someone mentioned how annoyed they are when associates walk around with their walkie on full blast. It’s horrible, but there’s still a lot more annoying things going on. What bothers me the most are the associates who ask for help for everything, and I’m sure they don’t need it at all, they just want someone else to do their job. What annoys you the most?

Facebook requests from people in the club that you NEVER talk with or barely even know.
I’ve never seen a supervisor make a plastic bale, there are people at my club that have been there for decades that don’t know how to make either bale
One person making a cardboard bale is adequate but having one associate make a cardboard bale so do a plastic bale can be done and then unload a plastic bale cage and load all those overstuffed sometimes untied bags into the baler by yourself is very tiring and time consuming and I don’t have that much time in my rat race to get it done by myself, not even considering that twice I’ve had asthma attacks because of the chemicals in the grape blotters that puff out into your face when they are mashed. I’m so over it!
Need more credits! Come on need those upgrades! Lil susie just an 531! Good job Susie! × 5
More than one person making a bale. It only takes one and not 3 jonny come lately's and or 3 supervisors
@jll Associates are just mirroring the same amount of respect and common courtesy they get from the Home Office and club management - none. Respect is earned and not freely given. Management and the Home Office no longer care about the associate. Why should the associate care about the club or the customer. It works both ways.
Everyone complains and can’t do the simplest tasks.
Associates wearing AirPods or any earbuds for that matter. You look stupid and you’re being unprofessional and unsafe.
what annoys me most is home office claiming that every change they make is to better serve the member. what a crock.
What annoys me is that my store caters to all the people who call off, don’t do their job and literally cry about it!! Also when was it ever ok to say no it’s not my job?? When I started this company 20years ago at Walmart first my then manager told us to read our badge and asked us what does it say? We said Walmart! He said that’s right and when I asked you to go work anywhere in my store you will do it no questions asked!! My has things changed!! No accountability or respect at all anymore
