The Adept-15 and other stuff is protection from a lawsuit. if it matters signing the arb agreement as required for your job can be challenged it’s just like a waiver it’s legal but very unethical.

I would doubt they have people picked out already, if someone were to sue then the company would have to show how they decided who to get rid of, if they kept a person who was low on the assessment it would be a red flag, I don't think the company really cares who the keep or get rid of as long as it reduces the employees.
