Who will leave? Most of them are H1 in a team. Do they prefer to leave if they have perm filed with the company? They all found their sweet spot. For example a manager who is on H1 has 90% H1 based employees , reporting to him. Also they form a group among them and the manager practices favoritism on rating and keep all of them under control. So nothing will reach higher ups , every single word what they speak is rehearsed well in advance before it’s spoken in a meeting where there is key audience.

and drink all of the free coffee that you can. Heck make a cup and pour it down the drain! We can waste at least $10 worth a person per day. TImes the hundreds that come in and they will take notice!!! Lets start this monday, who is with me??!!!

Walk around the office as much as you like and definitely go outside to your heart content.

That's what they want, and I won't give it to them. I'll quiet quit and wait for the imminent severance. FJD and his enabling bootlickers.

"At least I can do some excel uses at home to stay fit. Time to get unhealthy again being jammed into a cubicle."

time to pick up every else's diseases
time to not see the sun for the entire day
time to listen to everyone else's chitchat
time to waste 2 hours of commuting
bleep, time to feel like a farm animal
thank goodness the "upper" management are in the exact same situation

I'm not against the idea of shifts really.

If we're going to the office full time.

I wanna be in the graveyard shift.
Less traffic
Going in and Going out.

The commute is really what makes RTO unbearable.

Fighting for parking
Fighting for a table.

put me on the graveyard shift
So I don't have to deal with that BS

I have been in the office for about 3 yrs now and everyone is super casual. Gone are the days of dressing up. Even business casual is very casual. It will be fine.
