Confirmed - Personnel Intimidation Letter (PiL) to sign is NVG

Employment attorneys from 5 states agree: The PiL is toothless.
That's New Jersey, Louisiana, Montana, New York, Maryland. But not Texas.

Cost me only $300 to obtain opinions of 10 specialist attorneys from the above states.
How so cheap?
I contacted my bar-fly friend. A lawyer here in Houston.
It took a while - but he found it interesting only after some sci-fi epiphany/dream.
In the dream - He practiced his profession in a world where law is legal.

Then he reached out with a copy of the Pil to some old esquires around the country.
And the results confirmed it was all a dream of Texas.

I've been contacted over the years by Class-Action projects ranging from Toyota to Bassett Furniture to Duracell batteries.
This would be the first I'd respond to and it is inevitable. And likely a winner - if only from a tax misrepresentation perspective.
