Wondering which of the numbskulls coughing up a lung around me probably have covid. I also enjoy watching this one dude take 10 minutes at the coffee station because he's making 6 cups to fill his huge travel mug. I like to just stand there staring at the back of his head hoping it will spontaneously explode.

Yes have you noticed the name of the website? We’re you expecting icebreakers and happiness? Leadership has made a point to turn of toxicity of this culture in hopes that we all quit and save them a few cents on severance.

Is this just a place for scorn workers to get solidarity? Is there a way to not fall down into a huge black ho-e of negativity and instead turn this into something helpful?

We are better than this, we can be above it. Management is not employed to care for you, it's all contractual.

If you can, approach your work day selfishly by taking care of your personal health first. Take frequent walks, step away and do jumping jacks, watch bad movies, drink some water, etc. Don't be a martyr, don't let pride increase your stress levels. Not everything is a priority, stretch things out and manage your time. This is you getting paid while being at WF to be above it!

Try to duct tape together something of a semblance of a workday that is as optimal as it can be for you.

Everyone I know who have been laid off or quit in the last 2 years is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay happier.
