ATT up 2% and Discovery up 12% in early action

AT&T does a wonderful job of enriching the shareholders of other companies.

I just read the news release and it says AT&T shareholders will own 71% of the company. Not sure where @kec+1aTaH4e2 read that T will still own it.

Financially, I don't think Stankey cares, it is just another transaction. But his ego took a hug blow, he isn't the know-it-all he loudly claimed to be and now the whole world knows it.

I'm hoping the Discovery guy can do better with WM, that isn't much a challenge to beat Stankey and his lackeys.

No leaders here, merely highly compensated employees in the "C-Suite".

@ltd+1aTaH4e2 As much as I think Stankey is a mo--n he didn't sell off WM and lose $42.B. ATT still going to own 71% of the new company. Learn to read.

per news today, sold off WM after paying 85.4 billion and got back 43 billion.

And people wonder why we question the competency of our leaders?
