Why does AIG Stock Continue to Tank Leading up to the Announcement of 4th Quarter Earnings on February 11?

The stock market soars except for AIG, which sinks and is now at 50.65, soon to be in the 40s as predicted!!

Agree with the post about BD leaving, PZ taking over and KH leaving. It is bad now and will only get worse when that happens. If your goal is to get let go and get a package, then stay, if not, get out while the getting is good as they say! Wait till you STI though! Since BD and PZ, stock is down 20% or more, while stock market is up 30 to 40%....It is the boards fault now.
Well the board will vote a pay raise for BD and all his buddies, while the company continues on the downward spiral
I do not care who you are, if your are not making money over three years you should not get a raise and or bonus. THINK!!! This is a business. If you are that good get out and get another job!
BD only makes a brief appearance every Qtr to report earnings, and is the most non-engaging CEO on Wall Street. He does not give a cr@p other than to get himself and his friends there $$$. It’s licensed robbery as I sees it.
Well, Dupperault joined in 2017 and the stock's been moving down ever since. The short answer is, nobody on the street has any confidence in him. BTW, I predict BD announces 2019 earnings and rides off into the sunset, Zaffino gets crowned king and Hogan, who actually makes money, leaves.

Discrimination has many forms....please explain.
@kgn+13juMZ0F, no STI for rank and file, many of whom have had zero raises over the past several years, would respond by walking from this place or ask to be added to the next RIF. AIG has to pay above market pay for all the recently hired senior managememt, and the company rep at least in the technology world is horrendous. Recent college grads are finding out about how AIG treats its employees. You want to cut? Go ahead. Fire all US employees amd replace them with more Indians who can't think themselves out of a paper bag. See how much business is gained. Most of my peers and I are actively looking for other opportunities. The older folks don't have as much ability to do that, as higher expected pay and frankly, discrimination make it a harder hurdle to clear.
Well STI is based on 2019. Senior Management and lots of management shouldn't get a bonus, an LTI, an STI, more stock and raises. The price of the Stock has to do with the way leadership is running this company, hiring all their buddies, wasting money on McKinsey and other Consulting firms, and not investing in the worker.
I hope you are not correct but based on the history you could be near the correct number. So that brings to mind a bigger question? Why is any one within this company getting a Bonus, STI, Raise. Time to cut cut cut.
