I don’t think that’s true - they’ve greatly increased payout structure for branch bankers

Rather than meeting in Orlando and spending $1mm plus. Would rather a cash bonus and split the difference by not laying off some folks. Do we really need to be spending money on meetings? Or using that money to support livelihoods!
