If your job can be so easily sent overseas maybe you need to upskill. No one owes you anything. You get paid for your work and tomorrow is a new day.

Nobody is “taking” your jobs. They’re being given away by your douchebag bosses.
The reason why those jobs can be given away is because they belong to the company. In other words, they aren’t “yours”. Go find the old white guy/lady in charge of workforce strategy and complain to them if you don’t like it.
There is not misplaced anger with the TCs. They su-k and DW has determined that's the goal without testing it and evaluating the outcomes, then re-evaluating, like any intelligent person would do. The TCs sc--w everything up and get the credit for the US work force's efforts to fix their mistakes and show them what to do. They're not here to help. They're here to take our jobs. There's anger directed toward management and the incompetent TCs from the same issue.
Definitely misplaced anger to blame the employees in India. Everyone loves a boogeyman though and it is easy to villanize "foreigners"

You’re being let go based on performance. People who retired in place reframed this as a “layoff” because they can’t deal with reality.
Scab, Someone willing to take a workers job because they couldnt have got the job otherwise.They care about no-one but themselves,have allegiance to no-one,including who they work for, and cannot see long term. They will take almost any abuse from their employer, and dont give a wh-t about their fellow workers.This is the true makeup of a scab.

@ijy People keep using the word “scabs” to describe people in India who are doing jobs sent there by American executives.
It goes in the same bucket as their use of the word “gaslighting” and their correlation of open-office plans with human rights abuses (yes, people here actually said this un-ironically ).
