I don’t know if it’s more funny or frustrating to me when management starts convincing us that this company is much better than it is. Are they living in an illusion?
If the energy to embellish the truth were used to make positive changes here, then there would be no need for ridiculous efforts to present the company much better than it really is.

What does that even mean? If you have a specific concern, why don’t reach out to them and try to address it as opposed to launching hateful generalizations on this board.
Frank and Guy rule with fear. I've seen the fear on the faces of everyone who has the misfortune of having to come into direct contact with those so-called "leaders".
