Truer words rarely spoken. Go read the vapid doublespeak in some of their policy and procedural documents. Pages and pages adding up to nothing.

Can’t we at least come up with believable rumors? This one doesn’t even make sense.
I don’t think the OCC would even be able to figure out what they actually do. IT&V doesn’t even know what they’re supposed to be doing
