Which level (1, 2, 3, etc.)gets stock options? I have seen a few colleagues leave recently for tech companies that include stock options at their levels.

Too bad our stock has done NOTHING in the past 20 years!
They used to give all managers stock options. The stock was over $40 per share. It’s been racing for the bottom. If they gave stock options they’d be worthless because the stock never grows in value to make the option executable. Go to Amazon, Apple, a pharmaceutical company or other company that has strong stock performance.
Stock options??? The no talent Dallas c suite is making sure the stock nose dives so there will be a takeover soon. Lol!
Is climbing a telephone pole consider tech?
American tech companies usually give options to all employees. T su-ks, if you can get a tech job jump ship!

Level 3 and up. I am not sure how much is awarded though and what percentage. Anyone know?

That was like over 20 years ago under Ed head. Ancient history.
I used to get options as a 1st, 2nd & 3rd.
Sold 1 set, the rest expired valueless under Ed Head.

Why would you want an option to buy this stock? Isn't that only a "benefit" when a stock price goes up? Ours doesn't go up.
