Start your job hunt now, don’t wait… it’ll take a few months even if you get an offer now! And if you do get impacted then you’re well into the job hunt mode now and the eventual LR won’t be as stressful. If you sit and wait and prey for the best, then you’re putting unwanted stress on yourself… As they, hope for the best, plan for the worse. Good luck…
Assuming we get put into collective consultation from the start of October for a month, individual consultations will probably start November with a month’s notice. Will probably be done and dusted by December, I’d imagine. Let’s be honest though, if you’re worried, the best thing you could do is interview for a new role outside of Cisco.
