Subtle signs of layoff

I can't help myself not to worry in advance. Anyone else noticing signs in the manager's behavior that a layoff might be coming?

They can pay Mexican worker in Mexico less than the same worker in America! The truly bold corporate will get around labor laws to temporally import Mexican (insert low cost country of choice) pay them same as home wages then ship them off back home. Not to mention remote work the rest…next 10 years will be awesome! It like a luxury hand bag with made in Italy mark . However the workers who made the bag is from china making low wages.

For all the BS posted on this site, the posts about the Mexican and Brazilian rotational teams that are here to soak up as much knowledge as possible is true. Nothing against these engineers, most of them are decent, but what comes next is becoming evidently clear…

When they have been sending people up from Mexico to “Observe” our product testing, data collection and equipment we use to do it all, the writing is on the wall.
