Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Allspring Global Investment a sinking Titanic

Company is in desperate need of new ways of leadership that are based on preserving employee’s dignity and promoting transparency, none of which are present.

There is minimal trust and credibility between management annd employees which are all based on politics and preferential treatment.

This fosters into a negative reputation and brand image for the organization.

It does nothing to help attract and retain top talent. Mediocre asset management firm to say the least.

Legacy WF employee can still use this platform to voice their dismay with the firm.

Seems like this is happening.

@syb+1tkcwtIg well since Allspring dont have a category of their own and a lot of the employees were 20+ yrs vets of WF prior to the spinoff they are welcome here. You make no rules here
@lsz+1tkcwtIg you are correct most of those funds are legacy WF funds just rebranded.

I hope you realize that All Spring in no longer under any WF control. Who cares about the fund company anymore? Should we care about any other small MF company?
