Company is in desperate need of new ways of leadership that are based on preserving employee’s dignity and promoting transparency, none of which are present.
There is minimal trust and credibility between management annd employees which are all based on politics and preferential treatment.
This fosters into a negative reputation and brand image for the organization.
It does nothing to help attract and retain top talent. Mediocre asset management firm to say the least.
Legacy WF employee can still use this platform to voice their dismay with the firm.
Seems like this is happening.

Isn't Allspring the default UMA manager?
I hope you realize that All Spring in no longer under any WF control. Who cares about the fund company anymore? Should we care about any other small MF company?
Never heard of Allspring global investment. This speaks volume.
