This just shows what utter clowns our upper management are. They have successfully demoralized the workforce.
Honestly, I’m hoping to be laid off. This culture is garbage.
There are worse things for sure. But this uncertainty is definitely not leading to a happy, motivated, and inspired workforce. It’s leading to the exact opposite of what is needed to propel us forward.
