I hope Webex gets sold off. The hardware integration is nice but the software is so frustratingly bad. Have the devs tried using any other collaboration software like Slack? That should be the design target.
The folks that really need to go are ones who somehow feel they have the right to tell others how to do the jobs that they themselves have no clue about. It is beyond mind-boggling. As an experienced professional in this industry and having worked at several other companies in this space, I can truly say this is by far the worst “leadership” I have ever experienced. The unnecessary layers of management must go. Cisco needs to do a better job in screening for the right candidates for these positions — especially the directors and above. This is no way to retain the talented ones who actually do all the real work. Do better Cisco!
