For those of you who think that this company cares about you as a person....stop. 10 years ago when I started it was an awesome company to work for. They are so far from where they started. They will use you and use you until they get what they want and then toss you aside when done. It's one of the only companies I've seen that the favoritism consumes so many of the managers and supervisors. So it's become a company where if you are a terrible worker but you are likeable and popular you get all the praise in the world. Meanwhile john over here who comes to work daily never calls off but isn't as popular gets treated not so good and they expect him to work harder to pick up the slack for Mr popular who just talks all the time. Great job Sam's club. Don't be fooled by the trickery of getting 15$ when you get 8 hours a week but they don't tell u that stuff. If you are a kid who lives at home and parents pay bills by all means get a job here but if not go elsewhere. Alot of places are starting at 15$ an hour now.

@meq+19zTKh0b, you're right club's & company sales have soared. fresh depts are hitting all time highs .....and what do the "suits" do at corporate do? Cut help in the clubs, primarily fresh.
any corporate heads with the company, associates, & members in mind would have made sure to have all clubs properly or even overstaffed in order to maintain sales.
but kath & co. only have their personal financial interest in mind.
If any company is the same company it was 10 years ago they're close to bankruptcy
I agree with what this poster has said. The company no longer care about the hard workers, they only care about sales. Since the pandemic hit, out club's sales have soared. Who is profiting? Not us, however the Walton's and the management team are.
