So I saw the Honeywell job I was laid off from last year posted today...how can I gum up the hiring process for them? I have an amazing job now and have no interest in my old job.
Just want to make things difficult for the jerks that made working at Honeywell a progressively more miserable experience over the 5 long years I was there.

@mtm, no, you are wrong about branding the peace seekers as you have. We are evidently more experienced in life and have either seen the effects or experienced firsthand the negative cascade of events when we try to do someone else dirty who has wronged us. It is very costly to carry an active v3nd3tta, emotionally and potentially legally.
Though I can't say to forgive them, at least try to put the mistreatment from HW into perspective...they're greedy barsteds who wear us down and feast on the carrion and they can't rise any higher as humans. Once we escape, either at their hands or on our own recognizance, we must focus on forgiving ourselves for having put up with it. That's the hardest part, and venting here saves me thousands of dollars in therapy.
Keep your integrity and self respect and be happy in the knowledge your lay off was a benefit for you and honeywell is the loser. The talent is running out the door at HI.

I once had a friend who spend an enormous amount of time, energy and restless nights thinking about his rotten ex-gf. After a while I asked him how much time he thought she spent thinking about him. None, he replied. Exactly. She doesn’t give a damn about you. You’re twisting in knots over something you can’t control and is no longer in your life. Want to be happy? Forget about her, and do it now. Stop thinking about her. Stop READING about her. It will bring you nothing but bad and hold you down.
I make sure to sh-t talk honeywell and dissuade anyone i know from working there. Make sure you also leave your glassdoor reviews to counter act their paid fake reviews to inflate their reputation. Everything with Honeywell is a scam, all image and no substance.
For the most part there is nothing preventing honeywell firing you and reposting tomorrow at 50cents on the dollar. You are nothing more than an over used 'belle de nuit' to honeywell. They are looking for someone fresh now. Move on and spread the word using as many social media outlets as you can.
Also.. to the folks saying skip the vindictive negativity... nobody comes here to get sunshine and rainbows. You are hypocrites or management trolls.
What state and how much time has elapsed ?
If your new job is at a competitor, work to out compete them by using everything you know about their weaknesses and deficiencies to help your new employer take over their market share, suppliers, etc.
Share any applicable employment opportunities at your current employer or other non-competing companies to your current employer if they cannot bring them on with your former HON colleagues (make sure you are not on an active HON non-solicitation agreement).
Continue to dissuade anyone you network with or anyone that contacts you about taking a job with HON, and take the time to share your honest opinion about the horrible qualities of the company at every opportunity you have to highlight their true reputation.
Consciously choose to never buy or invest in any products or part of the company or other companies owned by HON, and encourage others you know to consider doing the same.
Ignore and never interact/network with anyone from management that you know/knew to be part of their Kool-Aid drinking horde unless you know them to be a standup person despite this, and if ever in the position to influence their future hiring at another company for another role, especially a management role, vehemently urge against it and do your best to get it denied.
Last but most importantly, going forward and from here on out, don't waste anymore of your mental energy or spare time thinking about them (except in execution of the above activities) as this is only another and one final way they steal from you.

OP: The other option is to get over the anger and move on with your life. Enjoy your new job and your family. Life is too short to hold a grudge about something that already happened that you cannot change.
Apply. Agree to a big pay and benefit cut. Smother them with compliments. String them along without signing anything until figure it out.
